Ponac Forte Mefenamic Acid 500 mg Tablets 10s
Ponac Forte 500 mg tablets contain mefenamic acid, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used for the relief of acute and mild to moderate pain and can also be used for primary dysmenorrhoea (painful cramps during menstruation). The film coating makes the tablets easier to swallow.
Ingredients
Mefenamic Acid 500 mg per film-coated tablet. Contains Lactose Monohydrate 143 mg per tablet.
Directions
Relief of mild to moderate pain: 500 mg three times a day with food. Menstrual pain: maximum 500 mg three times a day for a maximum of 3 days. Must be taken with food.
Safety Warning
Not for use from 20 weeks of pregnancy. Not for breastfeeding mothers. Not recommended with epilepsy, kidney or liver impairment. Maximum treatment period: 5 days. Contains lactose. Consult a healthcare professional before use.
