Spasmend is a dual-action tablet combining mephenesin 150mg (a skeletal muscle relaxant) with paracetamol 500mg (an analgesic and antipyretic). This sugar-free formulation provides effective relief from pain associated with muscular tension and generalised musculoskeletal discomfort in adults. Spasmend is available without a prescription and is trusted for relief of painful muscle spasms. Dosage: 1–2 tablets every 4 hours; maximum 8 tablets in 24 hours. Do not use for more than 10 consecutive days without consulting a healthcare provider. Contains paracetamol – do not take with other paracetamol-containing products.
